Gen 1:1

He created time, both earthly and heavenly.

Only earth was formless, void and dark not the heaven. Where He lives there is no possibility of destruction.

When responsibilities are delegated to His special creatures and when those creatures get separated from His heart’s desires, then there is utter destruction. There is chaos — formlessness; There will be emptiness and darkness.

The only way to restore from this destruction is the move of the Holy Spirit. Yet after restoration, the LORD creates another special creature to manage it. He trusts His design will stand the test of eternity!

So after restoring your life, He wants you to manage it. Yet in the new covenant case, He made your heart as His abode. When He is alive and well in your heart, there is no chance of destruction. Your responsibility is simply let Him be alive and well in your heart.

3 Light is the first thing that is required. When LORD restores your life. He brings to light all that is wrong in your life.

4. You need light to separate light from darkness.

5. The LORD is very particular to examine if the light is good. Sometimes, we examine things in bad light. When God reveals some truth about us, we feel discouraged. Restoration light shines, for corrective action  — not discouragement.

One of the things that God does during restoration is naming things. We need to have an idea of what is light and what is darkness. We need to know what is right and what is wrong. Many times what our heart things is right is wrong in the light of the Holy Spirit!

Water is used of cleansing. There is earthly water that cleanses earthly things and heavenly water that cleanses our soul. There is a bit of confusion in our minds on what cleanses our earthly being and what cleanses our soul. Many times we go through earthly excercises to cleanse our soul and it does not work. These earthly excercises is what I would call rituals. But heavenly waters comes from the LORD God Himself and will cleanse our soul.

The thing about this firmament is that after seperating earthly water, the LORD literally named the heavenly firmament as heaven. I suppose, you need to see the heaven through this firmament. Until the days comes when we will see in real. Until that day our faith and believe drives us to see heavenly visions. Without faith it is impossible to see heaven and obtain heavenly wisdom and be cleansed by the heavenly spirit.
